Uzņēmuma A/S "XX" finanšu analīze un nākotnes perspektīvas

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika veikta a/s „XX” finanšu analīze un veikta rekomendāciju izstrādāšana tā darbības uzlabošanai. Darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām analizēt a/s „XX” finanses, novērtēt tās un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu rādītāju uzlabošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā tika izpētīta finanšu analīzes nozīme uzņēmuma darbībā, analīzes būtība, struktūra, kā arī tika apskatīti visi finanšu darbības analīzes paņēmieni, kas sastāv no finanšu pārskatu horizontālās un vertikālās analīzes, kā arī maksātspējas, likviditātes, aprites, rentabilitātes rādītāju un bankrota varbūtības analīzes. Otrajā nodaļā tika izdalītas divas daļas: Pirmā daļa, informācijas tehnoloģijas loma tautsaimniecības attīstībā Latvijā; Otrajā daļā autors veica a/s „XX” uzbūves analīzi un aprakstīs to. Trešajā nodaļā tika veikta a/s „XX” finanšu darbības analīze. Ceturtajā nodaļā, pamatojoties uz trešās nodaļas noskaidrotajām problēmām, autors izvirzīja šo problēmu iespējamos risinājuma ceļus. Bakalaura darbā izmantota ar ekonomikas nozari saistīta literatūra, gada pārskatu dati un interneta resursos pieejamā informācija. Darbs sastāv no anotācijām latviešu un angļu valodā, ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem un rekomendācijām, izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Bachelor work is the analysis of a/s "XX" finances and executed produce of recommendations was executed his action improve. A work aim is leaning on theoretical conclusions to analyse a/s "XX" finances, novērtēt them and to produce suggestions improve of financial pointers. In the first part of the work an importance for the enterprise of the financial analysis is explained, as well as the essence and structure of the analysis, all the methods of financial actions’ analysis that consist of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial report, purchasing ability, liquidities, turnovers, cost-benefit ratio, and the probability of bankruptcy. The second part of the work can be divided into 2 parts. The first part investigates the role of information technologies in the development of national economy in Latvia. In the second part author makes “XX” company’s structural analysis and describes it. In the third part of the work the analysis of the financial action of “XX” is made. It is clarified that despite of the crisis the enterprise still gets the benefits and is able to pay salaries. In the last part of the work author proposes a possible solution for the problems defined in the third part. There were used annual reports’ dates, literature connected with the economical field, and the information from the internet recourses. The work consists of annotations in Latvian and English languages, introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, recommendations, and references list.
