SIA "Rīgas Centrālais termināls" finanšu analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir SIA „Rīgas Centrālais termināls” finanšu analīze un novērtējums. Darba mērķis ir uz speciālās literatūras un SIA „Rīgas Centrālais termināls” finanšu pārskatu analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri ietver sevī finanšu analīzes būtību, mērķus un metodes. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturots un analizēts pats uzņēmums, tā darbības vide un tuvākais konkurents. Savukārt trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta SIA „Rīgas Centrālais termināls” finanšu analīze, un tās rezultāti tiek salīdzināti ar konkurenta un nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā tiek formulēti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi SIA „Rīgas Centrālais termināls” darbības uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 77 lapaspusēm, kurās ir iekļauti 32 attēli, 4 tabulas un 20 formulas. Darbam pievienoti 12 pielikumi. The topic of current bachelor thesis is financial analysis and evaluation of «Rigas Centralais terminals» Ltd. The main purpose of current paper is to develop a number of proposals for improvement of financial state of « Rigas Centralais terminals» Ltd. on the basis of the analysis of specialized literature and the annual financial report. The paper consists of three sections. The first section deals with the theoretical aspects of financial analysis, which consists of implications of financial analysis, its purpose and methods. The second section includes the characteristics and analysis of the overviewed company. The third section incorporates analysis of financial activity of LLC «Rigas Centralais terminals» and comparison of the results with competitors and industry average. Current work is finalised with formalised conclusions and proposals for improvement of LLC «Rigas Centralais terminals» activity. The thesis consists of 77 pages, which includes 32 images, 4 tables and 20 formulas. The appendix contains 12 sections.
