| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uz bezdarbnieka ekonomiskā stāvokļa un finansiālā nodrošinājuma datu izpētes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus bezdarba samazināšanas potenciālajām iespējām Talsu novadā.Darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi, analizēt un bezdarba situāciju Latvijā un Talsu novadā, pamatojoties uz LR likumiem un MK noteikumiem izpētīt bezdarba nodrošinājuma normatīvo un likumdošanas bāzi, izvērtēt bezdarbnieka ekonomisko profilu un bezdarbnieka finansiālo nodrošinājumu, analizēt bezdarba samazināšanas potenciālās iespējas nākotnē, izstrādāt priekšlikumus bezdarbnieka ekonomisko stāvokļa un finansiālā nodrošinājuma pilnveidošanai un bezdarba samazināšanai Talsu novadā.
Autore piedāvā tādus priekšlikumus kā, samazināt bezdarbu skaitu, radot jaunas darba vietas. Ieviest pašvaldības līdzfinansējumu, galvojumu kredītiem ar labākajiem un perspektīvākajiem biznesa plāniem.Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 82 lapām, 66 izmantoti literatūras avoti, 7 attēli un 22 tabulām. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the Bachelor’s work is the unemployment of the economic situation and financial capacity of basic research data to develop proposals for reducing unemployment capabilities in Talsu region.The target was to achieve the main tasks are to analyze and unemployment situation in Latvian and Talsu region, based on the laws of the Republic of Latvia Cabinet Regulation and explore employment security regulations and legislative framework, to assess the economic profile of unemployment and unemployment financial capacity to analyze the potential of reducing unemployment in the future, to develop proposals for unemployment and the economic situation of the development of financial security and reducing unemployment Talsu region.The author offers suggestions such as reducing the number of unemployment by creating new jobs.
