Acs astigmatisma izmaiņas pēc LASIK operācijas

Abstract

Mērķis: izpētīt, kā iedarbojas LASIK operācija uz radzenes virsmu astigmatisma gadījumos.

Subjekti: Pētījumā tiek izvēlēti dažāda vecuma pacienti, kuriem ir veikta LASIK operāciju un kuriem redzes pārbaudes laikā pirms LASIK operācijas ar subjektīvo metodi bija konstatēts astigmatisms ne mazāks par 1.0 D.

Metodes: Tika atlasīti 84 pacienti jeb 136 acis, no kurām 126 (92.7%) acis bija miopas un 10 (7.3%) bija hipermetropas.

Rezultāti: Grupā, kurā radzenes astigmatisms pārsniedz kopējo, 54% izmaiņas radzenes astigmatisma ass virzienā nepārsniedz 50. Grupā, kurā kopējais astigmatisms pārsniedz radzenes, radzenes astigmatisma ass virziena vidējās izmaiņas pēc operācijas ir 36.70.

Secinājumi: Ja pirms LASIK operācijas kopējā astigmatisma lielums pārsniedz radzenes priekšējās virsmas astigmatisma lielumu, tad pēc LASIK operācijas radzenes priekšējās virsmas astigmatisma ass virziens 60% gadījumos mainās vairāk par 300.

Purpose: to determine the effect of laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) on the corneal surface in the treatment of eye astigmatism.

Subjects: A retrospective review was done of 136 eyes of 84 patients who underwent LASIK for treatment for refractive errors with astigmatism not less than 1.0 D.

Methods: Patient data from laser surgery clinics was used for this research. 126 (92.7%) of eyes had myopia and 10 (7.3%) had hypermetropia before LASIK surgery.

Results: The group where corneal astigmatism value before surgery is higher than total astigmatism value was analysed: in 54% of cases the axis direction changes after surgery are not higher than 50. The group where total astigmatism value is higher than corneal astigmatism was analysed: mean corneal astigmatism axis direction changes are 36.70 which are in range between 10 and 760.

Conclusions: Corneal astigmatism axis direction changes after LASIK surgery for more than 30 in 60% cases if total astigmatism value is higher than corneal astigmatism value.
