Biežāk sastopamie alerģiskie kontaktdermatīti Ziemeļkurzemes reģionā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt alerģiskā kontaktdermatīta biežākos izraisītājus Ziemeļkurzemes reģionā, tā saistību ar dzimumu, vecumu un profesiju. Pētījumā tika iekļauti 75 pacienti ar klīniskām aizdomām par alerģisko kontaktdermatītu. Šiem pacientiem tika veikts aplikācijas tests, pirms tam atzīmējot dzimumu, vecumu un profesiju. Var secināt, ka alerģiskais kontaktdermatīts biežāk skar sievietes, un tā sastopamības biežums pieaug līdz 50 gadu vecumam. Biežāk alerģisko kontaktdermatītu izraisa kobalts, niķelis, hromāts, smaržvielas un Peru balzams un biežākās alergēnu kombinācijas vienam pacientam ir starp kobaltu, niķeli un hromātu. Biežāk alerģisko kontaktdermatītu sastop mājsaimniecēm, pensionāriem, būvstrādniekiem un studentiem. Biežāk alerģisko reakciju izraisa viens atsevišķs alergēns un vairumā gadījumu tā parādās jau pēc 72 stundām.

This work aims to evaluate the frequent causes of the allergic contact dermatitis in the region of North Kurzeme, its relation to gender, age and occupation. This research includes 75 patients with clinical suspicion of allergic contact dermatitis. On these patients patch tests were performed, before noting the gender, age and occupation. It can be concluded, that allergic contact dermatitis more often affects women, and its incidence is seen to increase with advancing age till 50 years. The most common causes of ACD are cobalt chloride, nickel sulfate, potassium dichromate, fragrance mix and the balsam of Peru. Most often ACD meets housewives, seniors, construction workers and students. ACD mostly is caused by a single allergen and in most cases it appears after 72 hours.
