Politisko utopiju loma politikas procesā

Abstract

Savā darbā pievērsos politisko ideju ietekmei uz sabiedrības attīstību, uzsverot, ka politiskās utopijas un ideoloģijas ir cieši saistītas. Šīs tēzes patiesību pierādīju, aplūkojot gan ideoloģisko vērtību savstarpējo mijiedarbību, un šo vērtību sasniedzamību vai nesasniedzamību politiskajā praksē, gan arī plašākā nozīmē ārpus ideoloģijas stāvošo futuroloģisko prognožu, kas attiecas uz informācijas sabiedrību, realizējamību. Hipotēze, ka utopiskā apziņa ir būtiska mūsdienu politikas, tai skaitā informācijas sabiedrības veidošanās procesa sastāvdaļa, tika pierādīta. Utopijas un utopiskā domāšana ir saistāmas gan ar ideoloģiju, gan arī ar tehnoloģiskiem sabiedrības attīstības projektiem. Ernsts Blohs un Karls Manheims abi tiecas uzsvērt utopiju progresīvo lomu, pretnostatot tās ideoloģijām, kuras ir tendētas uz esošā saglabāšanu.

In this work I focused on influence of ideas of political theory on development of society, stressing that political utopias and ideologies are tight related to each other. The validity of this thesis I proved, analyzing interaction between ideological values and attainability of goals of these values in political praxis and also analyzing in a wider sense possibilities of realization of outside ideologies standing futurological predictions, which relate to the information society. Hypothesis that utopian consciousness is essential part of contemporary political process, including formation of information society, was approved. Utopias and utopian thinking are related to ideology and projects of technological development of societies. Ernst Bloch and Karl Manheim both intend to stress the progressive role of utopias contrasting them to ideologies which are tended on maintaining the existing.
