Ogļhidrātu un organisko skābju sastāva kontroles metožu izstrāde fermentācijas procesiem

Abstract

Ogļhidrātu un organisko skābju satura noteikšana mikrobiālās fermentācijas šķīdumos. Sitčihins V., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm., asoc. prof. Mekšs P. Darbā ir veikta bakteriālās biopolimēru sintēzes blakusproduktu noteikšana ar gāzu hromatogrāfiju un izdarīti secinājumi par dažādu mikrobu celmu fermentācijas procesiem. Analizējamās vielas tika pārvērstas trimetilsililēteros un identificētas pēc elektronu trieciena masspektrometriem, bet nozīmīgākiem fragmentjoniem izvirzīti iespējamie šķelšanās mehānismi. Ar iekšējā standarta metodi tika atrastas aptuvenas identificēto vielu koncentrācijas paraugos un iegūtās vērtības salīdzinātas ar AEŠH datiem.

Determination of carbohydrates and organic acids in bacterial brewery solutions. Sitčihins V., supervisor Dr. chem., asoc. prof. Mekšs P. The solutions of bacterial polisaccharide biosynthesis have been examined by gas chromatography, and different microbial species’ brewery processes have been compared. The analytes have been converted to their trimethylsilylethers and identified by electron-impact masspectras. The formation mechanisms for some fragmentions have been proposed. The approximate values of contents of the identified compounds have been found using the internal standard method, and the values have been compared with the data obtained by HPLC.
