Starptautisko kontaktbiržu rīkošanas problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek veikts pētījums par starptautisko kontaktbiržu organizēšanu un ietekmi uz organizācijām, ar mērķi izpētīt kontaktbiržu aktualitāti Eiropā un Latvijā, kā arī noteikt un izanalizēt problēmas, kas rodas kontaktbiržas organizēšanas procesā. Darbā tiek apskatītas tīklošanās teorijas un tīklošanos veicinoši pasākumi, apkopoti ekspertu interviju rezultāti par kontaktbiržas aktualitāti un problēmām Latvijā un veikta kontaktbiržas dalībnieku anketēšana, lai noskaidrotu kontaktbiržas ietekmi uz organizāciju darbību. Darba beigās tiek apkopoti secinājumi par kontaktbiržas aktualitātes izmaiņām un tendencēm, galvenajiem dalībnieku ieguvumiem no dalības kontaktbiržā, kā arī sniegti priekšlikumi kontaktbiržu organizēšanas uzlabošanai.

Within the framework of bachelor thesis, the research is done for international brokerage event organization and its impact on organizations, with the aim to explore matchmaking actuality in Europe and Latvia, as well as to identify and analyze the problems that arise in the process of organizing brokerage events. The paper discusses the theory of networking and networking events, summarizes the results of the expert interviews about brokerage event actuality and problems in Latvia and analyzes matchmaking participant survey to determine the impact of brokerage events on organizations. At the end of paper there is offered conclusions of matchmaking actuality changes and trends, pointed the main benefits to participants from participating in brokerage event, and outlined the suggestions for improvement in matchmaking organization process.
