AS „Cēsu alus” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba galvenais mērķis ir finansiālā stāvokļa novērtēšana AS „Cēsu alus”, kas ir viens no vadošajiem uzņēmumiem Latvijas alus ražošanas nozarē. Tas tiek panākts trīs savstarpēji saistītās nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apkopoti un izvērtēti vairāku pasaules valstu ekonomistu viedokļi par finanšu analīzes teorētiskajiem aspektiem, sniedzot arī darba autora vērtējumu. Pamatojoties uz teoriju, otrajā nodaļā ir veikta izvērsta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze par laika posmu no 2009. līdz 2013. gadam. Tajā ietilpst maksātnespējas prognozēšana, finanšu koeficientu aprēķināšana un interpretēšana, naudas plūsmas analīze, kā arī faktoru analīze. Savukārt trešajā nodaļā, lai noteiktu darbības efektivitāti, alus darītavas „Cēsu alus” finanšu rādītāji tiek salīdzināti ar konkurentiem AS „Aldaris”, kā arī nozares vidējiem rādītājiem. Darba noslēgumā tiek izdarīti galvenie secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai.

The main objective of Bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial performance of JSC „Cēsu alus”, which is one of the leading companies in the Latvian beer brewing industry. It is achieved in three following chapters. The first chapter deals with theoretical aspects of financial analysis, while examining different approaches and also giving an author’s point of view on a matter. Based on the theory, the second chapter leads to financial analysis of the company for the period from 2009 to 2013. It includes forecasting of insolvency, financial ratios, as well as cash flow analysis. Evaluation of company’s efficiency serves as a purpose for the third chapter. The financial performance of JSC „Cēsu alus” is compared with the rival JSC „Aldaris”, as well as industry average. The main conclusions and suggestions for the improvement are given at the end of a thesis.
