Centrālās nervu sistēmas ietekme uz adenohipofīzes adenomu attīstību

Abstract

Adenohipofīzes adenomas ir labdabīgi intrakraniāli endokrīnie audzēji ar potenciāli augstu prevalenci populācijā. To rašanās rezultātā pacientiem var attīstīties plaša spektra veselības problēmas. Bakalaura darbā veikta adenohipofīzes adenomu šūnu izpēte, analizējot to proliferāciju un saistību ar CNS. Darba gaitā tika konstatētas dažādas CNS cilmes šūnām raksturīgās īpašības adenomu paraugos.Pituitary adenomas are benign intracranial endocrine tumors with potentially high prevalence in the population. As they arise, patients may develop a wide range of health problems. In this work we analysed their proliferation and commitment to the CNS. Work showed various CNS stem cell characteristics in adenoma samples.
