Cinka oksīdu, kadmija oksīdu un to cietos šķīdumus mēģina plašāk pielietot elektronikā, pateicoties to fizikālajam īpašībām.
Kārtiņu kvalitāte ir atkarīga no to iegūšanas metodikas. Zinc oxide, cadmium oxide and their solid solutions due to their physical properties are promising materials for production of electronic devices such as heterostructures and heterojunctions, which are main elements in detectors and emitters of radiation.
In this Master’s work the information about production methods of zinc oxide, cadmium oxide is presented, the main properties of the above mentioned materials are described.
In the practical part of this work the possibilities of the novel extraction-pyrolytic method for the production of ZnO-CdO thin films on ordinary glass support and quartz support are shown. The properties of produced thin films are investigated by XRD and TEM methods. The thickness of several produced thin films is also determined.
The produced films are mainly polycrystalline and the formation of several phases in the films is possible. The composition of organic precursor influences the formation process of thin films. The quality of the films depends on the methodology of thin films production.
