Fizisko īpašību nozīme šķēpmešanas potenciālā – pamatskolas vecuma bērniem

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Fizisko īpašību nozīme šķēpmešanas potenciālā – pamatskolas vecuma bērniem”. Mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt potenciālo šķēpa metēju potenciālu pamatskolas vecuma bērniem. Pētījuma jautājums – Vai speciālajām fiziskajām īpašībām ir izšķiroša nozīme, lai nākotnē būtu potenciāls šķēpmetējs? Pētījumā piedalījās 30 skolēni jeb 15 zēni un 15 meitenes. Tika veikti fiziskie testi, lai izpētītu, vai skolēniem ir potenciāla nākotnē kļūt par šķēpmetējiem. Iegūtie rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar profesionāliem šķēpmetējiem, kas bija sasniegti šajā vecumā. Diploma darba teorētiskā bāze balstās uz R.Jansones, A.Briede, V.Krauksts, A.Fernāte, I.Ķīsis, I.Liepiņa, I.Immeres un citu autoru nostādnēm. Tika izmantotas speciālās literatūras un citu avotu analīze, aptaujas metode (anketēšana vai intervija), fiziskie testi (fiziskajām īpašībām) un matemātiskās statistikas metode. Veicot datu analīzi un interpretāciju, tika sasniegts paredzētais diplomdarba mērķis, un noskaidrots, ka fiziskajām īpašībām ir nozīme, ja nākotnē vēlas būt par šķēpmetēju.

The theme of the diploma thesis is: “ Role of physical properties in the potential of javelin throwing in pre-school learners”. The purpose: Theoretically and practically explore the role of physical charecteristics in the Potential of javelin throwing in Pre-school age group. The question of the research – Does special physical properties have a crucial role in future to potentially be javelin thrower? In this research 30 students took part in. Students made physical tests to understand, do they have potential in future to be good javelin throwers. All collected results were compared with profesional athlete results in same age group. Theoretical basis is based on R.Jansones, A.Briede, V.Krauksts, A.Fernāte, I.Ķīsis, I.Liepiņa, I.Immeres and other author thoughts. There were used special theoretical literature and other source analysis, survey method (questioning), physical tests (for physical properties) and mathematical statistics method. Main purpose of diploma thesis was achieved by making data analysis and interpetation. Author found out that special physical properties have a big role, if in future you want to become javelin thrower.
