Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA „TGS Baltic” finanšu darbības analīze”. Uzņēmuma nosaukums tika nomainīts konfidencialitātes dēļ pēc uzņēmuma vadības prasības. Bakalaura darbs ir veltīs uz Sabiedrības ar Ierobežotu Atļauju TGS Baltic finansiālo stāvoļa pētījumu un stabilitātes noteikšanu. Darbā tiek izskatīti uzņēmuma finansiālas un saimnieciskas darbības rezultāti un stabilitātes riska mazināšanas metodes. Darbā tiek dots raksturojums par finanšu analīzes būtību, mērķiem un uzdevumiem, kā arī tas lietotāju klāstu. Darbā ir pētīta uzņēmuma grāmatvedības atskaites struktūra (bilances un peļņas vai zaudējuma aprēķina) un tas pamatā tiek analizēta uzņēmuma darbības rezultāti. Darba lielāku daļu aizņem galveno uzņēmuma finanšu rādītāju apskats. Īpaša uzmanība tiek pievērsta uzņēmuma maksātspējas un bankrota novērtēšanai. Pētījums tika veikts izmantojot uzņēmuma rādītāju salīdzinājumu ar pieņemamam normām, ka arī uzņēmuma salidinājumu ar nozari, nosakot to konkurentspēju un iespējas. Bakalaura darbā, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma finansiālo analīzi, ir parādīts uzņēmuma stāvoklis pētāma laika periodā. Darba nobeigumā tiek konstatēti un aprakstīti uzņēmuma esošas saimnieciskas darbības problēmas un tas iespējamo iemeslu cēloni. Uz pētījuma pamata tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi par uzņēmuma finansiālas stabilitātes uzlabošanu un konkurentspējas palielināšanu. Diplomdarba saturs izklāstīts 74lpp., ietvertas 36 tabulas, darbs ilustrēts ar 15 attēliem un papildināts ar 10 pielikumiem. Darba rakstīšanai tika izmantoti 22 informācijas avoti. Theme of the Diploma Work is ‘The financial analysis of a company “TGS Baltic” Ltd’. The name of a company is changed for reasons of confidentiality by company management requirements. Bachelor thesis is dedicated to a private limited company TGS Baltic position on financing research and stability determinations. The paper discusses the results of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise and methods to reduce the risk of stability. In this paper is given the characteristics of the financial analysis nature, its goals and objectives, as well as its range of users. The paper studied the structure of the company’s accounting reports (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account) and based on them analyzes the results of the enterprise work. The big part of the work takes the company’s financial indicators review. Particular attention is paid to solvency of the company and assessing the possibility of bankruptcy. The study was performed using the company’s performance comparison with the acceptable norms and company comparison with the industry in determining their competitiveness and release capabilities. In this paper, based on the financial analysis of a company, is shown its position during the study period. In the work conclusion are ascertained and described the existing problems of the enterprise and their possible causes. Based on the analysis are developed proposals for improving the financial stability of the company and increase its competitiveness.
