Abstract
Starptautiskie noziegumi un to attaisnošana ir problēma, ar kuru saskaras liela daļa
pasaules valstu. Uz to norāda tas, ka aizvien vairāk valstu izvēlas kriminalizēt konkrētu
starptautisku noziegumu attaisnošanu. Īpaši šī problēma ir jūtama tajās valstīs, kuras pašas
vai tās iedzīvotāji, ir cietuši no starptautiskajiem noziegumiem, kā piemēram, Latvija,
Lietuva, Ruanda, Armēnija un citas valstis.
Autors darbā ir izpētījis starptautiskos noziegumus un to veidus, Krimināllikuma
741.pantā iekļautā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāvu, kā arī ārvalstu regulējumu starptautisko
noziegumu attaisnošanā un to praksi šajā jautājumā.

International crimes and their justification is the problem facing a great part of the countries all over the world. The increasing number of countries choosing to criminalize the justification of specific international crimes proves the fact. The problem is particularly topical in the countries which themselves or where their inhabitants have suffered from international crimes, such as Latvia, Lithuania, Rwanda, Armenia and other countries. The author in the theses has investigated international crimes and their forms, criminal offence for the Criminal Law included in the Article 741, as well as the foreign framework for the justification of international crimes and its problem solving practice.
