Abstract

Maģistra darbs ―"Psihosociālie riski un farmaceitu darba slodze. Preventīvie pasākumi" uzrakstīts uz 71 lpp., tajā ir 22 attēli un viens pielikums. Maģistra darbā tika pētīti, galvenokārt, psihosociālie riski un darba slodzes ietekme uz farmaceitu darbaspējām un veselību. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir analizēta pieejamā literatūra par pētāmo tēmu. Otrajā daļā tiek aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā daļā ir analizēti un iztirzāti pētījuma rezultāti. Literatūras apskats liecina, ka strādājošie pakalpojumu sfērā, tai skaitā, farmaceiti ir pakļauti psihosociālajiem riskiem, galvenokārt stresam un izdegšanas sindroma riskam. Darbā tika izmantoti divi mūsdienās populāri testi - depresijas un izdegšanas sindroma tests. Rezultāti liecina, ka farmaceiti ir pakļauti praktiski visiem psihosociāliem riskiem, galvenokārt ciešot no stresa, psihiskā stresa, depresijas un izdegšanas sindroma. Uzrakstīti secinājumi un izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas.

Master paper "Psychosocial risks and pharmacists’ workload. Preventive measures" consists of 71 page, 22 illustrations and 1 appendix. The main aspect of the research in this master paper is psychosocial risks and workload’s effect to pharmacists’ ability to work and health. Master paper consists of three parts. In the first part is analyzed available literature about researched topic. In the second part is described used research methods. In the third part is analyzed and discussed results of the research. Literature shows that people, who works in the service sector, including pharmacists, are exposed to psychosocial risks, mostly stress and burnout syndrome. In this master paper were used two popular tests – depression test and burnout syndrome test. Results show that pharmacists are exposed practically to all of the psychosocial risks, mainly suffering from stress, psychic stress, depression and burnout syndrome. At the end of the master paper are written conclusion and developed practical recommendations.
