Prettuberkulozes medikamentu izraisītās blakusparādības un to ietekme uz ārstēšanās procesu.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Prettuberkulozes medikamentu izraisītās blakusparādības un to ietekme uz ārstēšanās procesu”. Pētījuma tēma ir aktuāla, jo vēl arvien ir daudz pacientu, kuri prettuberkulozes terapiju saņem stacionārā, medikamentu izraisīto blakusparādību dēļ. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tuberkulozes pacientiem radušās blakusparādības terapijas laikā un no tām izrietošās sekas. Pētījuma rezultāti kalpotu par pamatu nepieciešamībai ieviest vienotu tuberkulozes pacientu apmācības standartu, kas veicinātu pacientu zināšanas un izpratni par nozīmēto prettuberkulozes terapiju un tās blakusparādībām, kurām nepieciešams pievērst uzmanību. Pētniecības darba jautājums: Kā prettuberkulozes medikamentu izraisītās blakusparādības ietekmē pacientu ārstēšanas procesu? Pētījumā tiek pielietota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode un pētniecības darba instruments ir strukturēta intervija. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta kā arī pielikumiem.

The bachelor thesis theme is "Anti-tuberculosis medication side effects and their impact on the treatment process." The studies theme is topical, because there are still many patients who receive their antituberculoses treatment in stationary because of the side effects of the medication. The object of the study is to identify tuberculosis patient’s side effects during therapy and created consecvences. The results of the study would create a background for patient’s education standart which would encourage patient’s knowledge about treatment and important side effects which need to be addressed. The query of the research paper is: How side effects of the anti-tuberculosis medication affect the patient treatment process? The studies research method is qualitative and research instrument is structured interview. The thesis consists of theoretical and research section, conclusions and proposals, a list of applied sources and references, appendices.
