Plaušu vēža pacientu aprūpe pēcoperācijas periodā ķirurģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Plaušu vēzis ir viens no izplatītākajiem audzējiem pasaulē. Latvijā plaušu vēzis ir viens no biežākajiem vēža veidiem. Bakalaura darbs „Plaušu vēža pacientu aprūpe pēcoperācijas periodā ķirurģijas nodaļā” izstrādāts ar mērķi – analizēt plaušu vēža pacientu aprūpi pēcoperācijas periodā ķirurģijas nodaļā. Darbs balstīts uz Dž. Vatsones māszinības teoriju. Teorētiskajā daļā, izmantojot pieejamo literatūru, ir apskatīts, kas ir ļaundabīgais audzējs - plaušu vēzis un tā izraisītājs, pēcoperācijas periods un ar tiem saistītās aprūpes problēmas. Pētījuma jautājums ir: „ Kāda ir plaušu vēža pacientu aprūpe pēcoperācijas periodā ķirurģijas nodaļā?” Pētījums tika veikts izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētījumu metodi - interviju. Intervijā piedalījās 10 pacienti, kuriem ir veikta plaušu vēža operācija – lobektomija. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka pacientu aprūpe plaušu ķirurģijas nodaļā ir kvalitatīva, augsti profesionāla un atbalstoša pacientam.

Lung cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in the world. In Latvia it is the most common type of cancer. The bachelor paper „Care of lung cancer patients during after surgical period in surgery department” has been written with the aim to analyze the Care of lung cancer patients during after surgical period in surgery department. The paper has been based on the nursing theory of J. Watson. With the help of literature available the author of this paper has researched what is tumor lung cancer and what are the causes of it, along with the research about after surgical period and the issues linked with the care period. The research question has been stated- What is the care of lung cancer patients during the after surgical period? The research has been carried out using the qualitative method – interview. 10 patients who have been performed lung cancer surgery- lobotomy- took part in the interview. The results gained prove that the care of lung cancer patients in the surgical department is assessed as highly Professional, qualitative and appropriate to each individual patient.
