Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA "KITT" attīstības iespējas. Katrs uzņēmums cenšas attīstīt sevi, meklēt iespējas kā pilnveidoties, lai paplašinātu savas darbības loku. Mūsdienās uzņēmējdarbība ir ļoti dinamiska, kas prasa no uzņēmuma vadības laiku, kuru veltītu dziļai gan ārējo, gan iekšējo faktoru analīzei. Uzņēmumi ne tikai grib pastāvēt, bet arī attīstīties. Uzņēmums, kurš ir orientēts uz attīstību vienmēr sekos izmaiņām ne tikai savā uzņēmumā, bet arī ārpus tā. Darba mērķis - ir pamatojoties uz teorētisko materiālu izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA "KITT" iekšējo un ārējo vidi, noteikt stiprās un vājās puses, iespējas un draudus, kā arī balstoties uz iekšējās un ārējas vides analīzi noteikt uzņēmuma attīstības iespējas. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 73 lpp., 2 tabulām, 25 attēliem un 3 pielikumiem. Atslēgvārdi: attīstība, iekšējā vide, ārējā vide, SVID, Portera modelis. Bachelor thesis - "Development opportunities of company "KITT" Ltd.". Each company is trying to develop itself, seek ways how to improve, to expand its range of activities. Today, business is very dynamic, which requires from company's management time, which is needed to analyze both external and internal factors. Companies not only wants to exist, but also to develop. The company, which is focused on the development always follow the changes of not only your company, but also outside it. The aim of the thesis - according to theoretical material to explore company "KITT" the internal and external environment, identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as on the basis of internal and external environment analysis identify business development opportunities. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and proposals, bibliography and sources. Bachelor thesis consist of 73 pages, 2 tables, 25 pictured and 3 appendices.
