Vadīšanas sistēmas pilnveidošana sociālā organizācijā "Pansionāts "Balvi"".

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vadīšanas sistēmas pilnveidošana sociālā organizācijā “Pansionāts “Balvi” ” ”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām un praktisko pētījumu, novērtēt sociālās organizācijas “Pansionāts “Balvi” ” vadīšanas procesu un izstrādāt vadīšanas sistēmas pilnveidošanas priekšlikumus. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: izpētīts un noskaidrots vadīšanas jēdziens un būtība, izpētītas galvenās vadīšanas funkcijas, noskaidroti vadīšanas stili un svarīgākās vadīšanas sistēmu pilnveidošanas iespējas, un uz sociālās organizācijas piemēra tika izpētīts vadīšanas process un funkcijas. Tika veikts pētījums izmantojot divas metodes – intervēšana un anketēšana, lai noskaidrotu galvenās problēmas “Pansionāts “Balvi” ” vadīšanas sistēmā. Darba beigās tiek piedāvāti priekšlikumi vadīšanas sistēmas pilnveidošanai sociālā organizācijā “Pansionāts “Balvi” ”, lai efektīvāk varētu sasniegt organizācijas mērķus. Darba sastāv no 61 lapaspuses, kurās ir iekļauti 16 attēli, 3 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: vadīšana, vadīšanas funkcijas, pilnveidošana, vadīšanas stils, sociāla organizācija.

Topic of the bachelor work is “ Improvement of the management system at the social organization “Pansionāts “Balvi” ” ”. Aim of the bachelor work is to evaluate the management process of the social organization “Pansionāts “Balvi” ” and to propose options for management system improvement on the basis of the theoretical conclusions and practical research. In order to fulfill the aim, there were following tasks: to study and determine concept and nature of the management, examine the main functions of the management, determine the styles of management and the most important options of management system improvement and study management process and functions on the basis of the example of the social organization. In order to determine the main problems of the “Pansionāts “Balvi” “, two studies were conducted – interviews and surveying. In order to achieve the goals of the organization more efficiently, in the conclusion author proposes options for improvement of the management system of the social organization “Pansionāts “Balvi” “. Work consists of 61 pages, which includes 16 pictures, 3 tables and 2 attachments. Keywords: management, management functions, improvement, management style, social organization.
