Abstract
Maģistra darbā apskatītas metodes kā sintezēt metāla oksīdu un metāla sulfīdu nanovadus, kā arī heterostrukturētus kodola-apvalka nanovadus, un izpētīta nanovadu iekšējā struktūra atkarībā no apvalka audzēšanas metodes.
Methods of sythesis of metal oxide and sulfide nanowires and heterostructured core-shell nanowires as well and reaserch of nanowire internal structure depending on growth mechanism are discussed in this master's thesis.
