Abstract

Pētījuma tēma ir: Administratīvi teritoriālās reformas ietekme uz Krustpils novadā ietilpstošā Kūku pagasta dzīves kvalitāti. Pētījuma problēma – Kūku pagasta dzīves kvalitāte ir pazeminājusies administratīvi teritoriālās reformas ietekmē. Līdz šim vēl nav veikts pētījums par Kūku pagasta dzīves kvalitāti, līdz ar to pētījuma novitāte ir nenoliedzama. Pētījuma objekts ir Latvijas pašvaldību sistēma. Pētījuma priekšmets ir administratīvi teritoriālā reformas norise Krustpils novada Kūku pagastā. Autors izvirza sekojošu mērķi – izpētīt administratīvi teritoriālās reformas ietekmi uz Krustpils novada Kūku pagasta iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti. Darba uzdevumi: 1.Iepazīties ar dzīves kvalitātes objektīvajām un subjektīvajām perspektīvām; 2.Iepazīties ar dzīves kvalitāti skaidrojošajām pieejām socioloģisko teoriju ietvaros, dzīves kvalitātes mērīšanas instrumentiem; 3.Iepazīties ar administratīvi teritoriālās reformas ieviešanas gaitu, šķēršļiem un sekām; 4.Vispārīgi raksturot Krustpils novada Kūku pagastu; 5.Veikt Krustpils novada Kūku pagasta iedzīvotāju aptauju administratīvi teritoriālās reformas kontekstā; 6.Izvērtēt kā mainās Krustpils novada Kūku pagasta iedzīvotāju skatījums uz dzīves kvalitāti teritoriālās reformas kontekstā. Izpētetes jautājums - Vai ATR ietekme uz pašvaldību funkciju īstenošanu Krustpils novada Kūku pagastā? Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantotas, normatīvo dokumentu analīzes, monogrāfiskā, statistiskās analīzes, aptauju izmantošanas metodes. Darba empīriskā bāze ir arī tematiskajos informācijas avotos iegūtās informācijas analizēšana, reālās situācijas izpētīšana, intervējot un apkopojot iegūtos datus.
