Abstract

Par bakalaura darba “Naratīva struktūra un galvenā tēla analīze Džeimsa Bonda filmās” pētījuma problēmu tiek izvirzīta Džeimsa Bonda filmu apbrīnojamā popularitāte, tāpēc, lai noskaidrotu šo filmu panākumu cēloni, darba mērķis ir apskatīt Bonda filmām raksturīgo naratīva struktūru, filmas tēlus un to lomas, kā arī pašu galveno varoni. Darba teorija ir balstīta uz teorētiķu atziņām un pētnieciskajām iestrādnēm par populāro kultūru, naratīvu, žanru kā būtisku naratīva sastāvdaļu, formālistu naratīva studijām, kā arī kino valodas elementiem. Ar kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes un naratīvas analīzes palīdzību ir veikta analīze piecās Džeimsa Bonda filmās: “Zelta pirksts”, “Dzīvo un ļauj mirt”, “Atļauja nogalināt”, “Zeltacs” un “Kazino Royale”,identificējot vienotu filmu struktūru, tēlu bāzi un izmaiņas Džeimsa Bonda tēla veidošanā.The main research problem of Bachelor Thesiscalled “Narrative Structure and the Protagonist’s Analysis in James Bond Films”is Bond films amazing popularity. To notice the main factors of Bond success, the research aim is to look at film narrative structure, film characters and roles, and Potagonist’s changes. The theoretical research base consists of researcher’s knowledge and theoretical concepts of popular culture, genre as narrative structure element, Formalist narrative studies and cinema language elements. The analyis of five James Bond films: Goldfinger, Live and Let Die, Licence to Kill, Goldeneye and Casino Royal is conducted by using three research methods – quantitative and qualitative content analysis and narrative analysisidentifying film structure, the character base and changes in the James Bond image.
