Projekts: Uzņēmuma "Pape King" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Projekts: Uzņēmuma “Pape King” izveidošana” un tā mērķis ir bizness plāna izstrāde uzņēmuma dibināšanai, veicot tirgus izpēti un finanšu analīzi, kā arī pēc iegūtiem rezultātiem ieplānot uzņēmuma atbilstošo struktūru un tā darbības plānu atbilstoši iespējām izmantot ārējo finansējumu un risku novēršanas pasākumus. Maģistra darba ietvaros ir izstrādāts bizness plāns jaundibinātam uzņēmuma “Pape King”, tā komercdarbības forma ir izvēlēta sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību ar sākotnējo kapitālu 500 000 eiro lielumā. Uzņēmumam būs 2 īpašnieki ar vienādu līdzdalību pamatkapitālā un lēmumu pieņemšanā. Uzņēmums tiks dibināts un atrādīsies Rēzeknē speciālajā ekonomiskajā zonā. Biznesa nolūkam ir plānots izmantot jau uzbūvēto ēku kuru plāno pārbūvēt ražošanas vajadzībām. Teritorija atrodas ražošanas teritoriālajā plānojumā. Koka granulu ražošanas apjomi turpina pieaugt, izņēmums nav arī 2015. gads, kad nozari ir spēcinājušas iepriekšējo gadu investīcijas, par to liecina pētījums par lielākajiem kokskaidu granulu ražotājiem Latvijā. Jārēķinās, ka pēdējos gados nozari papildinājuši vairāki nelieli granulu ražotāji, kuri lielākoties šī produkta ražošanā izmanto koksnes apstrādē radušās atliekas. Projekta uzsākšanas un attīstības stadijā autors plāno strādāt tikai Latvijas tirgū. Tā kā ģeogrāfiski uzņēmumu autors plāno izvietot Rēzeknē, tas nozīmē, ka lielākais noieta tirgus būs tieši Rēzeknē un to apvidū, Latgalijā. Uzņēmums pēc ražošanas apjoma nebūs liels – 30 000 t gadā. To produkcija būs pieejamā gan juridiskām, gan fiziskām personām, lai nodrošinātu visas produkcijas realizāciju. Autors plāno, ka ikviens, kas gribēs iegādāties ražoto produkciju, varēs atbraukt uz ražošanu, ienākot ofisā, samaksāt par produktu un aizvēzt to ar savu transportu vai par papildus samaksu to piegādās autora izveidotais uzņēmums. Autors plāno pielietot jaukto mārketinga stratēģiju, kas sastāvēja no ātrās (plašas) iekļūšanas stratēģijas un kooperācijas stratēģijas. Lai izstrādātu uzņēmuma finanšu prognozes, t.sk. peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķinu, naudas plūsmu, bilanci, autors definē būtiskākus prognožu sagatavošanai nepieciešamus pieņēmumus. Būtisko finanšu pieņēmumu prognožu raksturojums sniegts 6.1. apakšnodaļā 6.1. tabulā. Autors plāno piesaistīt finansējumu no bankas A. Finansējuma summa kuru autors pieprasīs sastāda 2 150 000 eiro ar nosacījumiem, ka pašieguldījums sastādīs vismaz 20% no pieprasīta finansējuma, atmaksas termiņš 10 gadi un pieņemto nemainīgo procentu likmi 6% gadā. Darba apjoms ir 80 lapas. Tas satur 16 attēlus, 26 tabulas. Bibliogrāfiskajā sarakstā ievietoti 22 literatūras avoti un interneta resursi.

The theme of the Master’s thesis is “Project: Creation of “Pape King” company” and its purpose is a business plan development setting up a company, carrying out market research and financial analysis, as well as planning of a company relevant structure and its operational plan in accordance with the possibilities of using external financing and risk prevention measures which are based on the obtained results. Master's thesis has developed a business plan for start-up companies "Pape King", with its commercial form a limited liability company with an initial capital of 500 000 euros. The company will have two owners with equal equity participation and decision-making. The company will be established and will be located in Rezekne special economic zone. It is planned to use the already existing building for business purpose, which plans rebuilt for production needs. The area located in the industrial TP. Wood pellet production volumes continue to grow, the year 2015 is not the exception, when the industry have strengthened the previous year’s investment, as shown by a research of the largest wood pellet producers in Latvia. In project start-up and development stage author plans to work only in the Latvian market. Geographically author plans to deploy the company in Rezekne, so it means that the largest market will be directly in Rezekne and its regions, in the Latgalia. The company will not be a big by production volume – 30 000 t per year. Their products will be available to legal entities and private individuals. It will be done to ensure that all products will be sold. The author expects that anyone who wants to buy the manufactured products will be able to come to production, entering the office, pay for the product and take it with their own transport or for an extra fee, the delivery can be done by the company. The author is planning to use a mixed marketing strategy that consisted of fast (extensive) entering strategy and cooperation strategy. In order to develop the company's financial projections (including income statement, cash flow, balance sheet) the author defines substantial projections to prepare the necessary assumptions. Significant financial assumptions projection are defined in Section 6.1. table 6.1.. The author is planning to attract financing from the bank A. The financial reference amount will be EUR 2 150 000 with conditions that owner contribution shall be at least 20% of the required financing, repayment period of 10 years and the adopted fixed interest rate of 6% per annum. The amount of work is 80 pages. It contains 16 pictures and 26 tables. Bibliography index contains 22 sources of literature and Internet resources.
