Bēgļu integrācija Latvijas darba tirgū.

Abstract

Eiropas Savienībā uzņemti jau vairāk kā pusmiljons bēgļu, tomēr tas aizvien ir sensitīvs jautājums, jo tiek izstrādāti Rīcības plāni veiksmīgākai bēgļu integrācijai darba tirgū un veikti starptautiski pētījumi. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz citu ES valstu pieredzi, identificēt faktorus kā bēgļu integrācija ietekmēs Latvijas darba tirgu. Maģistra darba ietvaros tiek apkopota un analizēta zinātniskā literatūru par bēgļu integrēšanu darba tirgū, straptautisko migrāciju, imigrantu integrācijas politiku; raksturotas intergrācijas politikas tendences Latvijā un ES; noskaidroti un salīdzināti ekspertu viedokļi; izstrādāti priekšlikumi veiksmīgākai bēgļu integrēšanai Latvijas darba tirgū. Tiek secināts, ka gados jaunāku darbinieku ir mazākā skaitā Latvijā, līdz ar to ir spiediens uz sociālo budžetu, tāpēc bēgļi varētu aizpildīt darba vietas, arī ar vienkāršām profesijām. Savukārt stereotipi, kas pastāv Latvijas sabiedrībā var traucēt bēgļu integrācijai. Maģistra darba kopējais apjoms ir 107 lapaspuses. Darbā iekļauti 1 attēls, 3 grafiki, 16 tabulas, 3 pielikumi.

The European Union (EU) welcomed more than half a million refugees, yet the subject remains sensitive. Similarly, the process of orchestrating action plans for successful integration of refugees into the labor market and undertaking international studies shares this level of sensitivity. This study was motivated by the experiences of other European Union countries; the goal is to identify contributing factors that will affect the Latvian labor market such as the integration of foreign refugees. Through the use of various, analyzed scientific literature on the integration of foreign refugees into the labor market, international immigration, and integration politics, the objective of this thesis is to assess integration policies in Latvia and other European Union countries. Based on the research and opinions documented by numerous experts, this article examines various proposals in which more efficient strategies are incorporated to promote successful integration of refugees into the Latvian labor market. Results indicate that, in Latvia, there are fewer, younger workers chronologically. This triggers an increase in pressures on the societal budget, which, in turn, allows many refugees to acquire and maintain these fundamental positions. However, the abundance of stereotypes present in Latvian society significantly affects the status of refugee integration. Master's Thesis total amount of 107 pages.
