Projektu finansējums Eiropas Savienībā Mazā un vidējā biznesa kontekstā

Abstract

Anastasijas Starcevas maģistra darba tēma ir “Projektu finansējums Eiropas Savienībā mazā un vidējā biznesa kontekstā”Pētījuma objekts ir mazie un vidēji uzņēmumi Latvijā ES līdzfinansēšanas kontekstā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt MVU iespējas līdzfinansēšanas programmas no ES fondiem un izpētīt MVU Latvijā informētību par ES līdzfinansēšanas iespējam no ES fondiem, kā arī noteikt problēmas, kas saistītas ar finansējuma no ES struktūrfondiem līdzekļu saņemšanu. Darba teorētiskajā daļa autore aplūko mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu jēdzienu attīstību, gan zinātniskajā literatūrā gan starptautiskajos normatīvajos dokumentos. Darba praktiskajā daļā autore apkopojusi statistisko datu analīzi, kā arī autores veiktās ekspertu intervijas un autores veiktās MVU aptaujas par ES struktūrfomdu līdzfinansējuma maziem un vidējiem uzņēmumiem atbalsta iespējām un to izmantošanas pakāpi rezultātus.

The topic of the Thesis is "Project financing in EU in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises". The object of the research is small and medium-sized enterprises in Latvia in the context of EU co-financing. The aim of the Thesis is to examine SME co-financing possibilities within the EU funds and assess awareness of Latvian SMEs about the EU co-financing possibilities, as well as identify the problems that are linked to the receiving financing from the EU Structural Funds. In the theoretical part of the Thesis author explores the development of the SME definition, both in academic literature and international legal documents. In the practical part of the Thesis author has performed statistical analysis, performing in-depth interviews with the experts, as well as launching a survey about EU Structural Funds' support measures for SMEs and assessing the results of using the Funds.
