Datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēla kvalitātes kritēriji pacientiem ar nieru audzējiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: “Datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēla kvalitātes kritēriji pacientiem ar nieru audzējiem”. Darba mērķis: analizēt svarīgākos datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēlu kvalitātes kritērijus pacientiem ar nieru audzējiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, kā arī 4 pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par nieru normālo un radioloģisko anatomiju, nieru audzējiem un to klasifikāciju, nieru audzēju radioloģiskajām izmeklēšanas metodēm, datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu nozīmi nieru audzēju diagnostikā, kā arī darba drošību datortomogrāfijas kabinetā. Pētījums veikts vienā no Rīgas klīniskās universitātes slimnīcām, kura laikā izmantoti un analizēti 50 pacientu ar nieru audzēju datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu attēli. Pētījuma metode – kvalitatīvā, pētījuma instruments – attēlu novērtēšanas protokols, kuru darba autore speciāli izstrādājusi konkrētā pētījuma veikšanai. Datu apstrādei un analīzei izmantota MS Excel 2010 programma un tās sniegtās iespējas datu apkopošanai, matemātiskai analīzei un atspoguļošanai apļveida diagrammās. Veikta arī datu aprakstošā analīze. Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantoti 27 literatūras avoti, no kuriem 20 latviešu valodā, 1 krievu valodā un 6 angļu valodā.

The topic of the Bachelor thesis: “The criteria of image quality of CT examinations for patients with renal tumor”. The aim of the paper: to analyze the most important criteria of image quality of CT examinations in patients with renal tumors. The Bachelor paper consists of theoretical and research parts, and4 attachments.The theoretical part analyzes the scientific literature on the kidney and normal radiological anatomy, kidney tumors and their classification, the radiological investigation methods of kidney tumors, importance of CT examinations in kidney tumor diagnostics, as well as job security in a CT cabinet. The research was conducted in one of the Riga’s Clinical University Hospitals, during which CT examination images of 50 patients with renal cancerwere exploited and analyzed.The method of the research– qualitative, the instrument –the image evaluation protocol, which the author of the Thesis has specially developed for this research project. Data processing and analysis were done using MS Excel 2010 program and the opportunities it provides for the data compilation, the mathematical analysis and the reflection in circular diagrams.
