Psoriāzes ārstēšanai paredzēto medikamentu aprite divās Rīgas aptiekās 2014 - 2015.gadā un farmaceita loma psoriāzes pacientu aprūpes procesā

Abstract

Psoriāze ir autoimūna, hroniska ādas iekaisuma slimība, kas skar 2 – 3% pasaules iedzīvotāju. Ādas bojājumus raksturo eritēma, epidermāla hiperplāzija un ādas plaisāšana. Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt psoriāzes medikamentu apriti par 2 gadu periodu (2014. gads – 2015. gads) aptiekās: A – 11 un A – 42 un, izmantojot pacientu anketēšanas metodi, noskaidrot farmaceita lomu psoriāzes pacientu aprūpes procesā. Medikamentu aprites dati rāda, ka vislielāko patēriņa daļu 2014. un 2015. gadā sastāda kortikosteroīdus saturoši medikamenti: “Daivobet” gels (Calcipotriolum/Betamethazonum) – 52% (2014. gads) un 51% (2015. gads), “Elosalic” ziede (Mometasoni furoas/Acidum Salicylicum) – 26% (2014. gads) un 24% (2015. gads). Vismazāko aprites daļu veido “Xamiol” gels (Calcipotriolum/Betamethazonum) – 10% (2014. gads un 2015. gads). Psoriāzes paasinājumu respondenti visbiežāk novērojuši ziemā (59%) un rudenī (27%), kas arī sakrīt ar medikamentu patēriņa datiem. Psoriāzes pacientu anketēšanas dati rāda, ka visizplatītākās slimības formas ir viegla (49%) un vidēji smaga (47%). Visbiežāk psoriāzes perēkļi veidojušies galvas ādā (63%), uz kājām un ceļgaliem (37%), turklāt terapijā visbiežāk lietotais medikaments (“Daivobet” gels) sakrīt ar aprites datiem. Izvērtējot farmaceita lomu psoriāzes pacientu aprūpē, tiek secināts, ka visbiežāk šiem pacientiem interesē piemērotu mitrinošo un mazgāšanas līdzekļu iegāde (34%), kā arī vēlme tikt informētiem par pieejamu jaunu un efektīvu zāļu iegādi (26%).

Psoriasis is an autoimmune, chronic inflammatory skin disease that affects 2-3% of the world population. Skin lesions are characterized by erythema, epidermal hyperplasia and skin cracking. The aim of master`s work is to carry out the movement of psoriasis medication of a 2 year period (2014. - 2015.) in pharmacies A – 11 and A – 42 and through patient questionnaire method, clarify the role of the pharmacist in psoriasis patient care process. Medication sales data shows that the largest part of consumption in 2014 and 2015 draw up a corticosteroids containing medicaments: "Daivobet" gel (Calcipotriolum/Betamethazonum) – 52% (2014) and 51% (2015), "Elosalic" ointment (Mometasoni furoas/Acidum Salicylicum) – 26% (2014) and 24% (2015). The least amount of movement is made up of "Xamiol" gel (Calcipotriolum/Betamethazonum) - 10% (2014 and 2015). An aggravation of disease respondents often seen in winter (59%) and autumn (27%), which also coincides with the consumption of medicines data. Survey data show that the most common forms of the disease are mild (49%) and moderate (47%). The most common psoriasis foci formed on scalp (63%), on the legs and knees (37%), and treatment of the most commonly used medicament ("Daivobet" gel) coincides with the movement of data. In assessing the role of the pharmacist in the care of patients with psoriasis, it is concluded that most of these patients are interested in the application of moisturizing and detergent acquisition (34%), as well as a desire to be informed of a new affordable and effective purchase of medicaments (26%).
