Tēmas aktualitāte izriet no tā, ka nereti cilvēkiem mainās labsajūtas līmenis nesekojot līdzi savam uzturam, tieši tādēļ sabalansēts uzturs ir viens no galvenajiem faktoriem veselības uzturēšanā un saglabāšanā. Bakalaura darba tēma- „Ūdens lietošanas paradumi un motivācija neprofesionālo skrējēju vidū”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt neprofesionālo skrējēju ūdens lietošanas paradumus un motivāciju. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments ir intervija. Darbā veikta literatūras analīze par ūdens nozīmi veselībā, labsajūtas jēdzienu, A. Maslova motivācijas un V. Hendersones vajadzību māszinību teorijas analīze. Izvirzītais jautājums: „Kādi ir ūdens lietošanas paradumi un motivācija neprofesionālo skrējēju vidū?” Iegūtie rezultāti atspoguļo neprofesionālo skrējēju ūdens lietošanas paradumus un motivāciju. Atbilde uz pētniecības jautājumu ir, ūdens lietošanas paradumi ir daudzveidīgi un atšķirīgi : ūdens dzeršana no rītiem, fiziskās slodzes gadījumos, pēc ēšanas, visas dienas garumā, kastos laika apstākļos, ceļojot. Motivē neprofesionālos skrējējus ne tikai fizioloģiskās un psihoemocionālās labsajūtas vajadzība, bet arī tieksme pēc laba vizuālā izskata. A balanced diet is one of the key factors to maintain and preservate health, but people often ignore this fact and don’t follow their diet, so the level of well-being changes and that is the reason of this reasearch topicality. The thesis of bachelor: „Water use habits and motivation among amateur runners”. The aim is to investigate the habits of using water and motivation of amateur runners. The qualitative method was used to achieve the aim of this study. The tool of reasearch method – an interview. The study carries an analysis of literature about the importance of water in human health, the concept of wellness, A. Maslow’s motivations and V. Henderson’s the theory of analysis about needs of nursing. The raised question: „What are the water use habits and motivation among amateur runners?” The results of this study reflect on water use and motivation of amateur runners. The answer to the question – water use habits are diverse and different: water drinking in the mornings, cases of physical overload, after meals, through the day, in the hot weather, while doing travels. Not only a need of physiological and psychoemotional well-being is motivation for amateur runners, but also desire for a good visual appearance.
