Vēlamais politiskais līderis Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Vēlamais politiskais līderis Latvijā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt Latvijas vēlamā politiskā līdera īpašības, izmantojot tiešsaistes anketēšanu un daudzdimensiju analīzes metodes. Darba teorētiskajā daļā definēti jēdzieni “līderis” un “politiskais līderis”, atlasītas vēlamā politiskā līdera īpašības, kas izmantotas tiešsaistes anketēšanā. Maģistra darbā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījumu pieeja. Maģistra darbā secināts, ka Latvijas vēlamajam politiskajam līderim jābūt liberāli noskaņotam, pašpārliecinātam, sabiedriski aktīvam, tradicionālās vērtības atbalstošam cilvēkam, ar labām runas spējām, kurš spēj aizstāvēt savu vai savas partijas viedokli.

The title of master’s thesis is “Desired political leader in Latvia”. The goal of master’s thesis is to define the characteristics of the desired political leader in Latvia, using on-line surveying and applying methods of multidimensional analysis. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the terms “leader” and “political leader” were defined and characteristics of the desired political leader were selected that were used in on-line surveying. Quantitative research approach was used in master’s thesis. It was concluded that the desired political leader in Latvia has to be liberally-oriented, self-confident, socially active, supporting traditional values, with good oratorical and inspiration skills, able to defend one’s own opinion or that of one’s political party.
