Rīgas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus komercplatību segmenta analīze

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tika izpētīts Rīgas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus komercplatību segments, izstrādāti divi tā attīstības scenāriji līdz 2017. gadam un novērtēta scenāriju īstenošanas iespēja. Šī mērķa sasniegšanai autore veica nekustamā īpašuma tirgus funkcionēšanas teorētisko aspektu izpēti, komercplatību segmenta nomas likmes būtības izpēti un nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības scenāriju izstrādi, kā arī šo scenāriju realizācijas iespējas novērtējumu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem, problēmām un priekšlikumiem to risināšanai, kā arī izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Maģistra darba apjoms, ir 80 lapaspuses. In this master’s thesis author sets goal to research Riga’s commercial real estate market, to create two this market possible development scenarios until year 2017 and to evaluate these scenarios implementation possibility. To achieve this goal author examined theoretical aspects of real estate market operating and rent payment definition. Also author created real estate market development scenarios and evaluate its implementation possibility. Master’s thesis consists of introduction, three sections, conclusions, identified problems and their solution options, as well as list of references. This paper is 80 pages long, it is composed in Latvian and there are 15 tables and 19 illustrations. Keywords: real estate market, Riga, commercial property, scenarios.
