Treniņu ietekme uz verģences atbildi konverģences nepietiekamības gadījumā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 51 lapaspuses. Tas satur 31 attēlu, 5 tabulas, 6 pielikumus un 38 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Mērķis: novērtēt treniņu ietekmi uz verģences atbildi konverģences nepietiekamības (KN) un citu binokulāro un akomodācijas traucējumu gadījumos (CT). Metode: 7 dalībniekiem (5 KN un 2 CT) tika analizēts konverģences tuvuma punkts, verģences maksimālais ātrums, tā sasniegšanas laiks, sakādes, abu acu maksimālais ātrums pirms un pēc redzes treniņiem. Minētie parametri tika novērtēti 5 dalībniekiem ar normālu binokulāru redzi, bet viņi neveica redzes treniņus. Rezultāti un secinājumi: treniņu ietekmē mainās verģences atbildes parametri, taču rezultāti ir atšķirīgi katram pētījuma dalībniekam.

The master thesis is written in Latvian on 51 pages. It contains 31 figures, 5 tabeles, 6 appendixes, and 38 references. Purpose: to assess the influence of vergence therapy on vergence response in participants with convergence insufficiency (CI) and other binocular or accomodation disfunctions (OBD). Methods: 7 subjects (5 with CI and 2 with OBD) were analyzed. Their convergence near point, vergence peak velocity and it accurance time, saccades, peak velocity of both eyes were observed before and after vision therapy. The same parameters were analyzed in 5 binoculary normal subjects, but they did not participate in vision therapy. Results and conclusions: vergence therapy affected vergence parameters; the results had individual differences among participants.
