Ar probāciju saistītās terminoloģijas pārnese no angļu valodas latviešu valodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs veltīts terminoloģijas pārneses problēmu izpētei no angļu valodas latviešu valodā ar probāciju saistītajā jomā. Pētniecības darba mērķis ir izpētīt terminoloģijas pārneses veidus, tendences, analizēt terminoloģijas ekvivalences jautājumus probācijas jomā, kā arī ieteikt ar probāciju saistītās terminoloģijas ekvivalentus latviešu valodā. Teorētisko avotu un terminu analīzei izmantota kvalitatīvā datu analīzes apkopošanas metode. Šī pētījuma rezultāti var būt noderīgi ar probāciju saistītās terminoloģijas attīstībai un probācijas darbinieku apmācībai.

The present Bachelor Thesis is dedicated to the research of problems in the transfer of probation-related terminology from English into Latvian. The purpose of the research paper is to investigate types and trends in terminology transfer, to analyse issues of terminological transfer in the field of probation as well as to propose Latvian equivalents for probation-related terminology. The qualitative data collection method has been applied in the analysis of theoretical sources and terms. Findings of the research study can be useful in further development of probation-related terminology and in the training of probation officers.
