Ar darbu saistīto nosacījumu regulējums LR Darba likumā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Ar darbu saistīto nosacījumu regulējums LR Darba likumā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt LR Darba likuma ar darbu saistīto nosacījumu regulējumu, identificēt nozīmīgākās likuma normu problēmas un iztrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Darba pirmajā daļā ir izpētīta LR Darba likuma regulējumu bāze, uz kā pamata izveidots galvenais darba tiesisko attiecību regulējošais akts, salīdzinājumā ar Lietuvas un Igaunijas darba tiesību normām. Otrajā nodaļā ir analizēts darba samaksas jēdziena definējums. Trešā nodaļa ir veltīta ar darbu saistīto nosacījumu regulējumu novērtēšanai – analizēts darba algu, piemaksu, prēmiju, pabalstu un atvaļinājumu normu saturs un nozīme. Ceturtajā nodaļā analizēta LR Labklājības ministrijas pārstāvja sniegtā intervija un darba devēju sniegtās atbildes uz aptaujas anketu. Darba beigās tiek noformulēti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi.

The theme of diploma work is “Labor relation conditions of employment in labour law of Latvia”. The aim of the work is to explore, identify the significant problems in the employment relation regulations in Labour law of LR, and to work out suggestions. The diploma has four sections. The first section explores the basis of Labour law regulations of LR and main regulatory act of employment legal relations in comparison to Lithuania and Estonia labour standards. The second section analyses the definition of salary and wages. The third section evaluates the employment relation regulation analysing the contents and meaning of provision of Law regarding salaries and additional payments. The fourth section interprets the interview with representative of the Ministry of Welfare of LR and responses of employers to the questionnaire.The final part reflects the basic conclusions and suggestions.
