SIA "Baltikons-Centrs" finansiālā stāvokļa analīze, novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir SIA “Baltikons – Centrs” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze, novērtējums un attīstības perspektīves. Diplomdarba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz finanšu analīzes metožu raksturojumu, analizēt un novērtēt SIA “Baltikons – Centrs” finansiālo stāvokli. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi tika izpildīti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1.izpētīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti; 2.veikts SIA “Baltikons – Centrs” komercdarbības raksturojums; 3.veikta SIA “Baltikons – Centrs” finanšu koeficientu analīze; 4.definēti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai. Autore darba izstrādes rezultātā konstatēja, ka SIA “Baltikons – Centrs” 2015. gada neto apgrozījums samazinās, taču pārdotās produkcijas ražošanas izmaksas pieaug, tas savukārt ietekmē gan bruto, gan neto peļņas apmēru. Likviditātes koeficienti ir ļoti augsti, tas norāda, ka uzņēmumam ir aktīvu vadības problēmas un apgrozāmie līdzekļi netiek efektīvi izmantoti. Atslēgvārdi: finanšu analīze, likviditāte, rentabilitāte, finansiālā stabilitāte, finanšu koeficienti.

Graduation theme is Financial Analysis, Evaluation and Development Perspectives of “Baltikons - Centrs” LTD. The aim of graduation theme is to analyze and evaluate “Baltikons - Centrs” LTD financial position based on the financial analysis methods of characterization. In order to achieve the aim the following tasks were carried out: 1. investigated theoretical aspects of financial analysis; 2. conducted business characteristics of the “Baltikons - Centrs” LTD; 3. conducted financial ratio analysis of the “Baltikons - Centrs” LTD; 4. defined conclusions and designed proposals to improve the company's business. As the result the author found that “Baltikons - Centrs” LTD net sales decrease, but the cost of sales is increasing, that affects both - gross and net amount of the profit. Liquidity ratios are very high, it indicates that the company is in management asset challenges and current resources are not used efficiently.
