“Veselības veicināšana biroja darbiniekiem, izmantojot mobilās aplikācijas”. Darba autore: Līga Riekstiņa. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: doc., Dr. chem. Jāzeps Logins. Darbs izklāstīts uz 91 lappuses, ietver 47 attēlus, 16 tabulas, 4 pielikumus, 46 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā analizēta literatūra par biroja darba vides riskiem, darbinieku veselības problēmām, veselības veicināšanas pasākumiem un veselību veicinošām mobilajām aplikācijām. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā daļā atspoguļoti iegūtie rezultāti, un rezultātu analīze. Izstrādāti pamatoti preventīvie un aizsardzības pasākumi, izklāstītas praktiskās rekomendācijas. Biroja darbinieki neveic atslodzes vingrinājums darba laikā, tāpēc darba mērķis ir petīt mobilo aplikāciju izmantošanas iespējas biroja darbinieku veselības veicināšanā. Pēc risku novērtēšanas rezultātiem tika izstrādāta mobilā aplikācija ar atgādinājuma funkciju, kas dot norādes dažādu atslodzes vingrinājumu veikšanai. Pētījuma rezultātā izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinās – lietojot veselību veicinošas mobilās aplikācijas, uzlabojas biroja darbinieku fiziskā un garīgā labizjūta. Izmantotās metodes: Somijas 5 baļļu metode, darbspēju indekss, ergonomisko risku ātrā ekspozīcijas kontrole, psiholoģiskā klimata darba vidē novērtēšanas metode, darbinieku aptauja, mobilo aplikāciju aprobācijas anketa. “Health promotion for office employees using mobile applications”. The author: Līga Riekstiņa. Research supervisor. Doc, Dr. Chem. Jāzeps Logins. The master’s thesis consists of 91 pages, includes 47 pictures, 16 tables, 4 attachments, 46 information sources. Research consists of 4 chapters. In the first chapter, the author viewed and analysed literature about office employee work environment risks, health problems, health promotion and health-promotion mobile applications. In the second chapter, the author described methods applied in the research. In the third chapter, the author described and analysed the results. In the framework of the master’s thesis, the author described practical recommendations and developed preventive and protective measures to promote health of persons who work in an office. Office workers do not perform exercises during working hours, so the master’s thesis aims to explore the possibilities of mobile applications use to promote health of the office employees. According to the results of the risk assessment, mobile application with a reminder function was developed that gives instructions for carrying out a variety of relaxation exercises. The hypothesis of the master’s thesis was confirmed – the use of health promoting mobile applications are improving physical and mental wellbeing of employees. Methods used : Finland’s 5 scale method, Work Ability Index, ergonomic risk Quick Exposure Check (QEC), approach for evaluating psychological climate of the working environment, employee survey, Mobile Application approbation questionnaire.
