Latvijas Tirdzniecības un rūpniecības kameras ēkas mansarda un kolonnu zāles rekonstrukcijas projekts

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Latvijas Tirdzniecības un rūpniecības kameras ēkas mansarda un kolonnu zāles rekonstrukcijas projekts”. Maģistra darba izstrādes procesā tika noteikta pētījuma konkrēta problēma – Latvijas Tirdzniecības un rūpniecības kameras ēkas tehniskais stāvoklis nenodrošina biedrībai iespējas paplašināt savu darbību un realizēt jaunas idejas. Dotā maģistra darba pētījuma mērķis ir nodrošināt Latvijas Tirdzniecības un rūpniecības kamerai iespējas pilnveidoties, paplašinot un tālāk attīstot savu darbību. Maģistra darba galvenie uzdevumi ir pārskaitīt LTRK darbības rezultātus un pamatprincipus; veikt biedrības darbības rezultātu salīdzinošo analīzi; veikt pētījumu, kura pamatā ir divu mērķa grupu aptaujas un intervija ar LTRK vadības pārstāvi; izveidot LTRK ēkas tehniskā stāvokļa aprakstu; pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, noteikt galveno problēmu un izstrādāt projekta tehniski-ekonomisko pamatojumu; pamatojoties uz projekta priekšlikuma izstrādāt projekta rokasgrāmatu; izveidot projekta plānošanas dokumentāciju un noteikt kontrolinga metodes; atspoguļot iegūtos rezultātus MS Project rīkā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Maģistra darba galvenie secinājumi: izstrādātais projekts ir laikietilpīgs un pieprasa lielas neparedzētas izmaksas bet dotajam projektam ir ierobežots resursu apjoms. Tāpat projekta gala produkts tiks sasniegts daudz vēlāk ieplānotā laika, kas var apdraudēt izvirzītā projekta mērķa aktualitātes līmeni. Paaugstinājums projekta izmaksu un resursu apjomos apdraudēs projekta gala produkta sasniegšanu kā tādu. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 87 lappuses. Darbā ir iekļauti 27 attēli, 20 tabulas, 11 formulas. Kopumā ir izmantoti 35 bibliogrāfiskā saraksta avoti un pievienoti 39 pielikumi.

Master thesis theme is „Reconstruction project for attic and column hall in Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry”. In the process of developing Master thesis, its author identified a specific problem – the technical condition of Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry building does not provide opportunities to expand their activities and implement new ideas. The main goal of the given Master thesis is to provide to Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry the opportunity for improving, expanding and further developing its activities. The main tasks of the given Master thesis are the following: to review the principles of LCCI activities and its results; to make the comparative analysis of LCCI performance results; to carry out a research based on three methods – survey among two target groups and an interview with the representative of LCCI management; to create the technical description to LCCI building state; to identify the main problem based on the results of the research and develop the technical and economic background for the developed project, to develop the project guidebook, which would be based on the project proposal; to develop project planning documentation and identify controlling methods; to reflect received results through MS Project tool. Overall the given Master thesis consists of three parts. The main conclusions of the Master thesis are the following: the developed project is highly time-consuming and it requires additional unexpected costs, while the project has limited resources. The final product of the project will be achieved much later in comparison with originally scheduled time as well, which may endanger the topicality of the project. Increase in the project costs and project resources endangers the achievement of the product as a whole. The volume of Master thesis is 87 pages that include 27 images, 20 tables and 11 formulas. Overall 35 sources of information are used and 39 appendixes are added.
