Intelektuālā (rūpnieciskā) īpašuma aizsardzība kā konkurētspēju veicinošs faktors uzņēmumiem Latvijā un Eiropā

Abstract

Intelektuālā īpašuma jēdziens kļūst ar vien svarīgāks mūsdienu sīvās konkurences pasaulē. Tāpēc ir ļoti svarīgi informēt un izglītot iedzīvotājus par tā sniegtajām priekšrocībām, proti, intelektuālā kapitāla pieaugumu, identitātes nostiprināšanu tirgū, labu reputāciju un izņēmuma tiesībām uz aizsargāto objektu, lai paaugstinātu uzņēmumu un valsts konkurētspēju. Diplomdarba tēma ir Intelektuālā (rūpnieciskā) īpašuma aizsardzība kā konkurētspēju veicinošs faktors uzņēmumiem Latvijā un Eiropā. Diplomdarba mērķis - izpētīt, cik lielu ietekmi uz konkurētspēju veido rūpnieciskā īpašuma aizsardzība, konkurētspējas indeksa attiecinājumu uz aizsargāto rūpnieciskā īpašuma objektu skaitu, salīdzināt un analizēt datus starp piecām dažādām valstīm. Darba apjoms ir 65 lapaspuses, tajā ir 3 tabulas, 35 attēli un viens pielikums.

Intellectual property concept is becoming more and more important in today's fierce competition in the world. So it is very important to inform and educate people about its benefits, that is, intellectual capital growth by strengthening the identity of the market, good reputation and the exclusive rights to protected objects, to raise enterprises and national competitiveness. Diploma thesis’s theme is Intellectual (industrial) property protection as a factor contributing to the competitiveness of enterprises in Latvia and Europe. The aim of the diploma thesis - to explore how big impact on competitiveness consist of industrial property protection, the competitiveness index of the extension of the protected industrial property item number, to compare and analyse data among five different countries. The extent of thesis is 65 pages, including 3 tables, 35 pictures and one appendix.
