"Neverland" Dž.Berija stāstā „Pīters Pens” un Ņ.Demurovas krievu tulkojumā.

Abstract

Darbs ir veltīts tēla «Neverland» pētīšanai Džeimsa Berija stāstā «Pīters Pens» un Ņinas Demurovas krievu tulkojumā. Pētījuma mērķis ir aprakstīt salas „Neverland” koncepciju N. Demurovas krievu tulkojumā, apskatot to salīdzinājuma ar Dž. Berija oriģinālo stāstu. Darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīti salas «Neverland» avoti, stāsta tulkošanas vēsture uz krievu valodu, tulkotājas Ņinas Demurovas tulkošanas metodoloģija, кa arī tiek apkopoti citu literatūrzinātnieku uzskati par salu «Neverland». Otrājā daļā tiek apskatīts jēdziens “tulkojums”, tiek aprakstītas tulkošanas metodes un pamata problēmas, kas radās, tulkojot daiļliteratūru. Trešajā daļā tiek noskaidroti un aprakstīti tulkotājas lēmumi, ka arī caur salīdzinošo analīzi tiek aprakstīts salas «Neverland» tēls.

The bachelor paper is dedicated to the image of “Neverland”in the novel “Peter Pan”by James Matthew Barrie and in the Russian translation by Nina Demurova. The aim of the bachelor paper is to reveal the concept of the island "Neverland" in N. Demurova's Russian translation, which is examined in close comparison with the original novel by J. Barrie. The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the sources of J. Barrie’s “Peter Pan”, history of the Russian translations of the novel, as well as Demurova’s methods of translation and the views on “Neverland” by various literary scholars. The second chapter considers the concept “translation”, describes the methods of translation and main difficulties in translation of fiction. In the third chapter, the author of the BA paper identifies and classifies the translator’s solutions and, with the help of the comparative analysis, describes the image of “Neverland”.
