Rentgennegatīvas perorālas kontrastvielas pielietojums vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs: “Rentgennegatīvas perorālas kontrastvielas pielietojums vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi”, Latvijas Universitāte, Rīga 2017.g. - 41 lpp. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīts teorētiskais pamatojums, apkopota un analizēta literatūra par kuņģa normālu anatomiju, datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, fizioloģiju, rentgennegatīvas perorālas kontrastvielas pielietojumu datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi, kuņģa onkopatoloģiskām variācijām un interpretēšanas iespējām datortomogrāfijā, pacienta sagatavošanu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumam ar rentgennegatīvu kontrastvielu un radiogrāfera ietekmi diagnostiskajā procesā darbā ar kuņģa vēža pacientiem. Bakalaura pētnieciskajā daļā veikts pētījums par rentgennegatīvas perorālas kontrastvielas pielietojumu datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi un pielietojuma kvalitātes izvērtēšanu. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt rentgennegatīvas perorālas kontrastvielas pielietojumu vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi. Bachelor thesis: “Application of negative peroral contrast media for gastric cancer patients in abdominal computed tomography”, Latvian University, Riga, 2017, - 41 p. Thesis consist of an introduction theoretical and research parts, conslusions and proposals. Bachelor theoretical part consists of the theoretical description of analised literature about normal stomach anatomy, computed tomography, stomach physiology, application of negative peroral contrast media for gastric cancer patients in abdominal computed tomography, pathologic variations of stomach cancer and further interpretaion in computed tomography examinations, patient preparation for diagnostics imaging in computed tomography with apllication of negative peroral contrast media, and influence of radiographer on the imaging quality with stomach cancer patients. Bachelor research part consists of evaluation of application of negative peroral contrast media for gastric cancer patients in abdominal computed tomography. Purpose: to evaluate the application of negative peroral contrast media for gastric cancer patients in abdominal computed tomography.
