Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbība patronāžas laikā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka augstais jaundzimušo mirstības risks, kura pamatā ir vecāku nezināšana par jaundzimušo aprūpi, jo vai nu netiek vai tiek saņemtas nepilnvērtīgas atbildes uz interesējošiem jautājumiem. Darba mērķis: ir izpētīt māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbību patronāžas laikā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti 5 pētniecības uzdevumi. Pētniecības jautājums: kāda ir māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbība patronāžas laikā? Pētniecības metode – tieša daļēji strukturēta intervija. Apkopojot rezultātus, var secināt, ka māsa patronāžās dodas visbiežāk vienu vai divas reizes ar noteikumiem noteikto trīs vai četru reižu vietā. Patronāžu laikā māsa pilda psihologa funkciju. Pētījuma mērķis ir sasniegts, un pētījumā iegūto datu analīze liecina, ka ir atbildēts uz pētījuma jautājumu, respektīvi, māsas un jauno vecāku sadarbība patronāžas laikā ir veiksmīga un nes ieguvumus jaunajiem vecākiem.

Bachelor thesis „Nurse’s and young parents’ cooperation during patronage”. The topicality of the theme determines the high neonatal mortality risk based on the parents' lack of knowledge about newborn care, because they have received incomplete answers or no answers at all to their questions. The aim of thesis is nurses’ and young parents’ cooperation during patronage. To achieve the objective was raised 5 research tasks. Research question: what kind of cooperation have nurse with young parents during the patronage? Research method - a direct semi-structured interview. By summing up the results it can be concluded that most often a nurse goes on a patronage once or twice instead of three or four times that’s defined by the rules. During the patronage nurse performs the function of a psychologist. The aim of thesis has been achieved and the gathered and study data shows that the answer to the research question has been found, respectively, nurse’s and young parents’ cooperation during patronage is successful and brings benefits to the new parents.
