Darba aizsardzības sistēmas un darbības analīze pašvaldības aģentūrā “SAN-TEX"

Abstract

Temats ir aktuāls, jo Balvu novada pašvaldības aģentūra „SAN-TEX” ir vidēji liela organizācija ar vairākām darbības nozarēm, kur ir svarīgi ievērot darba drošību un veselību. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski pamatot un empīriski pārbaudīt darba aizsardzības sistēmas darbību Balvu novada pašvaldības aģentūrā „SAN-TEX”. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīta darba aizsardzības sistēmas struktūra organizācijā, tās izveides un darbības nosacījumi. Pētījumā atklāta sistēmas darbība pašvaldības aģentūrā „SAN-TEX”. This theme has been actualized in Balvi Municipality. The municipal agency “SAN-TEX” exists as a medium-sized organization operating in several branches of health and safety, where the conditions have been proven extremely vital. This Paper aims to provide theoretical basis and empirical evidence by examining the occupational health and safety management system and its effectiveness specifically in the Balvi District municipal Agency “SAN-TEX”. The study first describes the organization of occupational health and safety management systems, the conditions of it’s development, and how it functions. The case study illustrates specifically how the occupational health and safety management system operates at the municipal agency “SAN-TEX”.
