Imigrantu un remigrantu bērnu integrācija skolā

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt imigrantu un remigrantu bērnu integrēšanai izglītības iestādēs nepieciešamos atbalsta pasākumus, atklājot skolu darbinieku un skolotāju viedokli par darba specifiku un problēmām darbā ar šiem bērniem un saskarsmē ar viņu vecākiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā veikta teorētisko nostādņu par remigrantu un imigrantu bērnu integrāciju skolās izpēte un analīze. Raksturotas migrācijas tendences pasaulē,Latvijā imigrējušo un remigrējušo iedzīvotāju specifika un vajadzības. Pētīti pielietotie atbalsta pasākumi darbā ar imigrantu un remigrantu bērnu integrāciju Latvijas un citu valstu skolās. Darba empīriskajā daļā, izmantojot daļēji strukturētas intervijas, veikts pētījums par skolotāju darbu ar imigrantu un remigrantu bērniem skolā. Empīriskās daļas mērķis ir izzinot skolotāju, kuriem ir konkrēta pieredze darbā ar imigrantu un remigrantu bērniem skolā viedokļus par šī darba pozitīvajiem un negatīvajiem aspektiem, izvērtēt ieteicamo rīcību izmaiņu veikšanā, sagatavojot augsni sekmīgai imigrantu un remigrantu skolēnu apmācībai un integrēšanai skolā. Maģistra darba izvirzītais jautājums ir: Kādi atbalsta pasākumi ir nepieciešam izglītības iestādēm, lai pilnveidotu darbu ar imigrantu un remigrantu bērniem?

The purpose of these master theses is to define the necessary support tasks for integration of immigrants’ and remigrants’ children into local educational institutions,revealing the opinion of teachers and other employees of particular educational institution on specifics and the problems that occur in work with these children and communication with their parents. The theoretical part of thesis consists of research and analysis on theoretical position to integration of immigrants’ and remigrants’ children into local educational institutions. The migration trends in world are described as well as specifics and needs of population immigrating and remigrating to Latvia. The thesis studies the used support arrangements in work with the integration of the children of immigrants and remigrants into educational institutions of Latvia and other countries. The empirical part of thesis presents the research on teachers’ work with immigrants’ and remigrants’ children in educational institutions, conducted through partly structured interviews. The goal of empirical part of these theses is to evaluate the necessary actions for implementing change, preparing the foundations for successful education and integration of immigrant and remigrant pupil within local educational institutions, through collecting the information on positive and negative aspects of work with immigrant and remigrant pupil in schools from the teachers with particular experience. The question of master theses is: What kind of support arrangements are needed in educational institutions to improve the work with immigrant and remigrant children?
