Abstract

Darba autors: Gunta Mihailova Pētījuma tēma: Fiziskās aktivitātes bērnam pirmajā dzīves gadā. Pētījuma mērķis – Fizisko aktivitāšu kopuma izveide bērniem vecumposmā līdz vienam gadam. Darba vadītāja: Vec.pasn. Dr.paed. Inta Bula-Biteniece Darba apjoms: 54 lappuses, 28 bibliogrāfiskais nosaukums, 16 attēli, 4 tabulas, 3 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: Fiziskās aktivitātes, kustību koordinācija, vingrojumu komplekss, adaptācija, zīdainis. Darbs sastāv no 2 daļām: 1.daļā tiek apskatītas bērna fiziskās aktivitātes adaptācijai pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Šī daļa sastāv no 4 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā apakšnodaļā tiek skatīts viss, kas ir saistīts ar fiziskajām aktivitātēm, jēdzieni un terminu analīze. Tiek aplūkots arī no vēstures viedokļa. Otrajā apakšnodaļā apskata jau konkrētas pedagoģijas pieejas, noskaidro kas kurai raksturīgs, uz ko tā balstās, ko tā dod bērna attīstībai. Trešajā apakšnodaļā tiek analizēta bērna fiziskā attīstība līdz gada vecumam. Sīkāk tiek pētīts katrs mēnesis, kas kurā laikā ir svarīgs, ko attīsta bērnam, kā tas ietekmē bērnu turpmāk. Ceturtajā apakšnodaļā ir aplūkots bērna adaptācijas periods. Tiek izskaidrots, ko tas vispār nozīmē, kā tas notiek, kas to ietekmē, kā labāk rīkoties. Darba 2.daļa ir empīriskā daļa, kas sastāv no trim apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā apakšnodaļā tiek aprakstīts pētījuma plāns un metodes. Otrajā apakšnodaļā ir aprakstīti iegūtie rezultāti no anketām, kas sastāv no tabulām un diagrammām. Trešajā apakšnodaļā ir izveidots vingrojumu komplekss, kas palīdzēs vecākiem saudzīgāk sagatavot bērnu pirmsskolas gaitām.

The paper consists of 2 parts: The first part deals with the adaptation of the child's physical activity in a pre-school educational establishment. This part consists of 4 sub-chapters. The first section covers everything that is related to physical activity, concepts and term analysis. It is also considered from a historical point of view. The second sub-chapter deals with specific pedagogical approaches, finds out what's typical of each one, on which it is based and what it gives to the child's development. The third subchapter analyses physical development of a child up to the age of one. Further on each of the months is studied to see what is important in every period of time, what it develops for the child, how it affects the child in the future. The fourth subchapter covers the child's adaptation period. It explains what it means in general, how it happens, what affects it and how to act better. The second chapter of the work is an empirical part consisting of three sub-chapters. The first subchapter describes the research plan and methods. The second section describes the results obtained from questionnaires consisting of tables and charts. In the third sub-chapter there is developed a complex of exercises that will help parents to prepare the child for preschool education more efficiently.
