Start-up un jaunu uzņēmumu attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā

Abstract

Dotajā darbā tiek izskatīta start-up un jaunuzņēmumu attīstību Latvijā. Start-up uzņēmums pēc defenīcijas tiek saistīts ar inovācijām. Pētot šo tēmu, parliecinajos par to ka daļa iesaistīto to tā nesaprot. Bet, uzskata ka jauns cilvēks un koka nieciņš ir pilnīgi jauns produkts un inovācija. Pirms bakalaura darba uzsākšanas tika definēta hipotēze: Latvijas jauniešiem ir grūti uzsākt uzņēmējdarbību, jeb virzīt savu start-up, jo jauniešiem pietrūkst ārējā finansējuma projektu attīstībai. Ir arī otra puse, kas to apzinās ka inovācijas ir kas vairāk. Inovācijas var salīdzinat ar radošu procesu. Radošais process var būt mokošs, ja tai pietrūkst kāds no elementiem, dotajā gadijumā , finansējums. Tiek apskatīti dažādi finansēšanas ceļi. Praktiskajā daļa ir aptauja , kas veikta potenciālo jauno uzņēmēju vidū, ar mērķi noskaidrot viedokli. Rakstot darbu pārliecinājos, ka laba ideja, liela ideja un projekts Latvijā saņems atbalstu, un ja ar to būs par maz, ies talāk.,un atradis nepieciešamo finansējumu ārpus valsts.

The given work deals with the development of start-ups and new enterprises in Latvia. The start-up company is associated with innovation through its defence. By studying this topic, I am convinced that some of the participants do not understand it. But, the young man and the tree niece are considered to be brand new products and innovations. Before the start of the bachelor's thesis, the hypothesis was defined: it is difficult for young people in Latvia to start a business, or to steer their start-up, because young people lack the external financing for the development of projects. There is also the other party who is aware that innovation is more. Innovations can be compared with the creative process. The creative process can be traumatic if it lacks one element, in this case, funding. Different financing paths are considered. The practical part is a survey conducted among potential new entrepreneurs with the aim of clarifying the point of view. While writing, I was convinced that a good idea, a big idea and a project in Latvia would receive support, and if it was going to be a little less, and found the necessary funding outside the country.
