"Palīdzēsim.lv" nodibinājuma vadīšanas sistēmas pilnveidošanas virzieni

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore: Anastasija Ašuiko, darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr.oec., prof. Andris Deniņš. Bakalaura darba tēma – ““Palīdzēsim.lv” nodibinājuma vadīšanas sistēmas pilnveidošanas virzieni”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt labdarības nozares mehānismus un konkrētas organizācijas iekšējo struktūru, lai identificētu organizācijas vadīšanas lielākās problēmas un izstrādātu priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbu veido trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā no tām tika veikta nozares analīze ar mērķi izprast tās saimniecisko un ekonomisko raksturu. Otrajā nodaļā autore sniedz biedrības Palī-dzēsim.lv vispārīgo aprakstu, kā arī iekšējas struktūras un mārketinga vides raksturojumu. Tre-šo nodaļu veido aptauja ar tās rezultātu analīzi un konstatēto problēmu stratēģiskie risinājumi. Uzstādītā mērķa sasniegšanai bija izmantota zinātniska literatūra, visa publiski pieejama informācija par Labdarības nodibinājumiem Latvijā un pasaulē, intervijas ar nozarē iesaistītām personām un aptauja. Darbā izpētes procesā tika konstatētās organizācijas vadīšanas trūkumi un izstrādāti virzieni tās efektīvai attīstībai Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 69 lapaspuses (neskaitot pielikumus), kurās ir iekļauti 19 attēli, 2 tabulas un 3 pielikumi. ANOTATION Bachelor thesis author: Anastasia Ašuiko, scientific supervisor: Dr.oec., Prof. Andris Deniņš. The topic of the Bachelor's thesis - "The Strategy for the Improvement of the Charity Organization “Palīdzēsim.lv". The aim of the work is to study the mechanisms of the charitable sector and the internal structure of a particular organization with the aim of identifying the main problems of managing the organization and developing proposals for its improvement. Bachelor work consists of three chapters. The first of these was the analysis of the industry with a view to understanding its economic and economic character. In the second chapter, the author presents the general description of the “Palīdzēsim.lv” organization, as well as the characteristics of the internal structure and marketing environment. The third department consists of a survey with the analysis of its results and strategic solutions to the problems identified. To achieve this goal author was using scientific literature, all public information about charitable foundations in Latvia and the world, interviews with industry stakeholders and survey. During the research process, author identified weaknesses in a management of the organization and made directions for its effective development.
