Emociju pašregulācija ir viena no pamata spējām, kas veido ik viena bērna pašregulācijas pamatus. Viena no galvenajām socioemociālajām kompetencēm agrīnā bērnībā, kas veido pamatu turpmākai attīstībai un potenciālajiem pieaugušo psihosociālās izaugsmei, labklājībai un sasniegumiem ir emocionālā pašregulācija. Galvenais pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai 6 gadus veciem bērniem mainās emocionālā pašregulācija pirms un pēc intervences programmas? Pētījumā tika modificēta T. Daņiļinas un N. Zedgenidzes „Bērnu emociju pasaule” intervences programma. Intervences grupas bērniem pēc intervences programmas rādītāji liecina par tendeci mainīties, t.i., mazinājās agresivitāte, uzlabojās dusmu izpausmju regulācija. Pētījumā tika analizēta emociju pašregulācija, tās veidošanās un saistība ar bērna psiholoģiskās attīstības sfērām, faktoriem. Tiek apskatīts bērna psiholoģiski emocionālais vecumposma raksturojums, emocionālās sfēras raksturojums, pašregulācijas un emociju pašregulācijas jēdziena izklāsts. Tika pārbaudītas bērnu saziņas, pašregulācijas un sociālās mijiedarbības rādītāji (ABAS-Adaptive Behavior Assessment System-Second Edition (otrais izdevums) (ABAS-II), autori T. Oakland un Patti L. Harrison, U.S.A. 2008. Latviešu valodas versija adaptēta Latvijas Universitātē 2013. g. M. Raščevska, P. Legzdiņš, S. Sebre, un bērnu emocionālās sfēra ar grafisko metodi „Kaktuss”. Izstrādāta XX gadsimta 90-os gados M.A. Panfilova, klīniskās psiholoģijas pasniedzēja Maskavas VMSU). Tika analizēti un salīdzināti rezultāti. Intervences grupas rezultāti rāda, ka ir tendence mainīties būtiskiem rādītājiem, kas uzlabo bērnu emocionālo pašregulāciju. Darbā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi gan vecākiem, gan pedagogiem. Emotional self-regulation of is one of the main abilities lying on the basis of every child's self-regulation. Emotional self-regulation is one of the main socio-emotional competences in early childhood, creating the basis for further development, and the potential psychosocial development, well-being and achievements for the adult. The main target of the study was to find out whether the emotional self-regulation in 6-year-old children changes before and after the intervention programme? The study moderated the intervention programme worked out by T. Danilina and N. Zedgenidze in "The World of Children's Emotions". The indicators after intervention programme in the intervention children’s group show a tendency to change, i.e., aggression decreased, regulation of the manifestations of anger improved. The research analyzed emotional self-regulation, its formation and relation to the spheres and factors of psychological development of the child. The psychologically-emotional characterization of the child’s age group, characterization of the emotional sphere, the notions of self-regulation and emotional self-regulation are considered. Child communication, self-regulation and social interaction indicators were tested. (Adaptive Behavior Assessment System-Second Edition (ABAS-II), authored by Oakland T. and Patti L. Harrison, U.S.A. 2008. The Latvian language version adapted at the University of Latvia, 2013, M. Rascevska, P. Legzdins, S. Sebre, and the Emotional Sphere of Children by the Graphic Method "Cactus." Developed in the 1990s by M.A. Panfilova, a lecturer in clinical psychology at the Moscow State Medical University). The results were analyzed and compared. The results of the intervention group show a tendency of change of essential indicators that improve the emotional self-regulation of children.
