Laika orientācija depresijas un trauksmes traucējumu gadījumā

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis bija noskaidrot laika orientācijas, depresijas un trauksmes simptomātikas saistību. Pētījumā piedalījās 268 dalībnieki, 209 sievietes un 59 vīrieši. Dati tika ievākti fiziski, kā arī elektroniski, lūdzot respondentiem norādīt savu dzimumu un vecumu. Datu ievākšanai tika izmantotas Zimbardo laika perspektīvas aptaujas (ZTPI), negatīvās pagātnes un nākotnes apakšskalas, Simptomu uzskaites aptaujas (SCL-90-R), trauksmes un depresijas apakšskalas un Beka depresijas aptauja (BDI-II). Tika izvirzītas trīs pētījuma hipotēzes, divas no kurām apstiprinājās. Depresijas simptomātika ir saistīta ar noslieci uz negatīvo pagātni, kā arī trauksmes simptomātika ir saistīta ar noslieci uz negatīvo pagātni. Šo konstruktu korelācijas bija statistiski nozīmīgas. Trešā hipotēze, ka trauksmes simptomātika ir saistīta ar nākotnes laika orientāciju neapstiprinājās. Atslēgas vārdi: Laika orientācija, depresija, trauksme.

The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between time perspective, simptoms of depression and anxiety. 268 respondents took part in the survey, 209 women and 59 men. Data was collected physically as well as electronically, asking the respondents to indicate their gender and age. Zimbardo time perspective inventory (ZTPI), negative past and future subscales, Simptom check list 90 revised (SCL-90-R) anxiety and depression subscales as well as Beck's depression inventory (BDI-II) were used to collect the necessary data. Three hypotheses were put forward, two of which were proven positive. Depressive simptoms can be associated with an incline towards the negative past, as well as anxiety simptoms can be associated with an incline towards the negative past time perspective. The correlations of these constructs were statistically significant. The third hypotheses, that anxiety simptoms can be associated with future time perspective did not prove true.
