Gāzes apkures pakalpojumu uzņēmuma izveides projekts

Abstract

Siltuma apgāde ikvienai mājsaimniecībai Latvijā bija, ir un būs būtiska rūpe to ikdienā. Mūsu klimatiskajos apstākļos māja jāsilda vismaz astoņus mēnešus gadā, galvenais ir izvēlēties sev vispiemērotāko un izdevīgāko apkures veidu. Viens no tādiem ir gāzes apkure. Maģistra darba „Gāzes apkures pakalpojumu uzņēmuma izveides projekts” mērķis ir paplašināt Latvijas iedzīvotājiem iespēju saņemt pakalpojumu klāstu, kas saistīti ar gāzes apkuri. Problēmas apzināšanai un iespējamo risinājumu noteikšanai veikts pētījums par gāzes apkures pakalpojumu pieejamību un piedāvājumu, kā arī veiktas gāzes apkures meistaru intervijas par esošo situāciju nozarē. Pētījumu rezultāti liecina, ka ir nepietiekams gāzes apkures pakalpojumu piedāvājums Latvijas reģionos ārpus Rīgas. Autore problēmas risinājumu piedāvā projekta veidā, kura ietvaros tiks izveidots gāzes apkures pakalpojumu uzņēmums kādā no Latvijas reģioniem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 76 lappusēm, 13 tabulām, 22 attēliem un 35 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi ir: projektu vadīšana, gāzes apkure, ar gāzes apkuri saistīti pakalpojumi, uzņēmums.

The supply of heat to every household in Latvia was, is, and will be a matter of concern in their daily lives. In our climatic conditions, the house should be heated for at least eight months a year, the main thing is to choose the most suitable and most favorable type of heating. One of them is gas heating. The aim of the Master's thesis "Gas heating service company development project" is to expand the possibility for the inhabitants of Latvia to receive a range of services related to gas heating. For investigation of the problem and identification of possible solutions, a study was made on availability and supply of gas heating services as well as interviews with gas heating masters about the current situation in the sector. The results of the research and interview show that there is insufficient supply of gas heating services in the regions of Latvia outside Riga. The author finds a problem solution in the form of the project, which will include the establishment of a gas heating company in one of the regions of Latvia. The master thesis consists of 76 pages, 13 tables, 22 pictures and 35 appendices. The keywords are: project management, gas heating, gas-related services, company.
