Z/S Jaunzemes pārveide par tīršķirnes vaislas gaļas liellopu audzēšanas saimniecību

Abstract

Ņemot vērā kvalitatīvu vaislas gaļas liellopu trūkumu Latvijas tirgū, šī maģistra darba mērķis ir nodrošināt Latvijas tirgu ar kvalitatīvu gaļas liellopu vaislas materiālu. Tā īstenošanai tika izstrādāts projekts “Z/S Jaunzemes pārveide par tīršķirnes vaislas gaļas liellopu audzēšanas saimniecību”. Maģistra darbā tiek risināta konkrētā problēma par kvalitatīvu vaislas gaļas liellopu audzētāju trūkumu Latvijā, piedāvājot papildināt tirgu ar vienu jaunu šādu saimniecību. Darba rezultātā ir izstrādāts projekts, lai īstenotu saimniecības reorganizāciju no šķirņu krustojumu gaļas liellopu audzēšanas uz tīršķirnes vaislas gaļas liellopu audzēšanu.Considering the lack of qualitative breeding brief cattle in the market of Latvia, this Master’s Thesis aims to provide the market of Latvia with a qualitative breeding material. In order to implement it, there was developed a project “Re-organization of Farm “Jaunzemes” to Purebreed Breeding Cattle Farm”. The Master’s thesis addresses the specific problem of the lack of quality breeding beef cattle breeders in Latvian offering to the market one new such holding. As a result of work, a project has been developed to implement the re-organization of the farm from cross breeding cattle to pure breeding cattle.
