Maģistra darba „Nebanku kredītdevēju mārketinga komunikāijas analīze Latvijas tirgū“ mērķis ir analizēt nebanku kredītdevēju mārketinga komunikācijas procesu un aktivitātes, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām par mārketinga komunikāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus mārketinga komunikācijas procesa pilnveidošanai. Darbā tiek apskatīta mārketinga komunikācijas teorija, instrumenti un plānošanas vadlīnijas. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkota mārketinga komunikācijas būtība, tās instrumenti un informācijas kanāli. Otrā nodaļa ietver nebanku kredītdevēju mārketinga komunikācijas analīzi, Latvijas likumdošanas izpēti, nebanku kredītdevēju lojalitātes programmas salīdzināšanu. Trešajā nodaļā atspoguļota nebanku kredītdevēju izmantotāko sociālo tīklu un mājaslapas kontentanalīze un veiktās aptaujas rezultāti. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 121 lappaspuses. Darbā ir 23 attēli, 8 tabulas un 10 pielikumi. Literatūras saraksts sastāv no 80 avotiem. The aim of the Master's thesis "Analysis of marketing communication of non-bank lenders in the market of Latvia" is to analyse the marketing communications process and activities of non-bank lenders based on theories of marketing communication and to develop proposals for improvement of the marketing communication process. The thesis is related to the theory of marketing communication, tools and planning guidelines. The theoretical part examines the essence of marketing communication, its tools and information channels. The second chapter analyses the marketing communication of non-bank lenders, the study of Latvian legislation and the comparison of non-bank lenders' loyalty programs. The third chapter presents the content analysis of the social networks and websites used by non-bank lenders and the results of surveys conducted. The total amount of work is on the 121 pages. The work contains 23 images, 8 tables and 10 attachments. The list of literature consists of 80 sources.
